Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Working with the Food Services Team to provide a high standard of food services throughout the entire hotel. You must be passionate about creating an amazing service atmosphere for our guests. Present a positive image, be pleasant, friendly and use practical decision making.


  • Greeting and seating of guests
  • Maintain a clean and safe guest area
  • Ensure that breakfast buffet food lines are filled and presented appropriately
  • Selling and servicing of alcoholic beverages
  • Preparing quest checks
  • General restaurant service duties
